many thanks for last changes. However we have something messed in tpm files:

Now copying selected files, from the lists in /tmp/.tmp_inst.500...
Copy files listed in tex-basic
/bin/gtar: Cannot add texmf/fonts/tfm/public/cm/cmff10.tfm: No file or directory
/bin/gtar: Cannot add texmf/fonts/tfm/public/cm/cmfi10.tfm: No file or directory
/bin/gtar: Cannot add texmf/fonts/tfm/public/cm/cmvtt10.tfm: No file or directory

Just to avoid frustation I'd suggest reparing it.
Moreover only 70 files were installed. We have some more to be exact:

It is interesting (on Linux):
fmtutil --byfmt=mpost
fmtutil: format `mpost' not available.

but running texconfig makes well mpost.mem (and plain.mem link)

fmtutil --byfmt=mpost on Windows is OK.
