Note, it is "mft", not "mf". mft is a pretty-printer for mf source code, and
a rather rare animal. Boguslaw is one of the few active users of mft, he 
documents his fonts using it. However, mft belongs to the Knuthian TeX 
distribution which gives it a prominent place and makes it recommended IMHO.

gftopk is indeed installed (oops, wrong alarm for this one and only this one)
