TeX Live 5c available for ordering

Hello!
Please let the TUG office know as soon as possible how many TeX Live 5c 
CD's you would like to order.  If you are not planning to order any CD's, 
or if you are ordering elsewhere, please let the office know this as 
well.  To avoid confusion and to make sure we have everyone's order, we 
need to account for all user groups.
Also, I sent a TL5 order query to a few groups several weeks ago for budget 
purposes to which many thankfully replied.  Just to make sure I have 
everyone accounted for, please respond a second time per the recent 
"official" letter sent last week.
Thank-you to those who have responded already.  I look forward to receiving 
order information from everyone else.
