Hmmm... difficult decission and somehow politically incorrect.
There are still many DOS, win3.x and OS/2 users.
TeX Live is considered friendly even for them and they can find on the
same CD the additional stuff.

Just for emTeX?? Who can do it and for what?

Sorry, perhaps it is my fault. I gziped texlive.iso for faster download.
In the meanwhile Sebastian prepared next revision... ;-)
I've already asked him to gzip the iso image immediatelly.
