Hi,

I was running a blackbox fuzzing campaign, and I encountered a Seg Fault.
Should I report it as a bug? What's the procedure?

Experiment was done on Ubuntu machine running TeX 3.14159265 (TeX Live
2017/Debian)

Please note that I don't have the source code, so I am not sure where the
bug happened or why it happened.

Thank you,
Bachir
