[tex-k] Description of scanner_status value skipping

    I noticed an apparent inaccuracy in the text of module 305 of the
    TeX source.

    In the description of the `scanner_status` value `skipping`, it
    states that

      "skipping, means that a subfile can safely end here, but not a file, ..."

    implying that an outer control sequence can appear in passed text
    without raising an error.
