[tex-k] Why write_ln is used before final_end in tex.web?

Only the first of the five line numbers seem right:

for i in 1036 1329 10154 23791 24267; do sed -n ${i}p tex.web; done

One of the wrong four should probably be 23810.
I'm not sure about the rest...
