[tex-k] Bug in webmac

Hi,

this is the second report against a bug in webmac.tex. Like the first 
one, it is shown by tex-fpc.pdf.

The doc-file tex-fpc.pdf of TeX-FPC on CTAN shows on the pages  3, 8, 
15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28 that the module numbers in the 
headline do not agree with the first module on the page as they should.

Like the first bug, this is not a show stopper. There is not need to fix 
it before 2029 given that unlike the first one, which was introduced by 
the 2021-changes of Knuth's distribution, this goes back to at least 
March 2008, which is witnessed by the first edition of TeX-GPC.
