[tex-k] Kpathsea: kpse_find_file() incorrectly works with OFM format

Hi,

Put the file myfont.tfm (see attachment) to current directory.

The following invocation

    kpse_find_file("myfont", kpse_ofm_format, 0)

returns "./myfont.tfm"

This causes a bug in dvipdfmx. Please fix this.
