[tex-k] \V (= \lor = Pascal "or") accidentally redefined in mft.web

WEAVE translates the Pascal operator "or" as "\V", and webmac.tex says
    \let\V=\lor % logical or
But mft.web accidentally redefines it in the beginning:
    \chardef\V=`\| % vertical line in a string
Although this doesn't distort the meaning of the program,, it introduces
typographical inconsistencies. For example, if you "texdoc mft" and jump to
section 39, you'll find "/\" (and) but "|" (or), with different spacing.
