Subject: spacing-related typo in "The METAFONTbook"

Here are some typos found in The METAFONTbook which don't show up in Knuth's errata:
(1) The answer to exercise 13.22 lack space around one of the "=" signs (but not in the other);
(2) The text of exercise 24.4 lack space around both "=" signs;
(3) The third "dangerous" paragraph on page 115 lack space around the ":=" sign.
I first discovered (1) during reading, and used the little regex [@"]\$?:?=\$?[@"] to find (2) and (3) in the source code. (3) probably doesn't matter since the line is crammed anyway.
