[tex-k] header special extension proposal

This looks nice now, but there is still a problem: there is only one name
for the form but with multiple pictures in the header, that will generate
conflicts.

I would suggest to have form and data names based on the path+filename of
the image and outputting a piece of (La)TeX code for the user so (s)he knows
how to (re)load the image with \special's.
