[tex-k] header special extension proposal

Hi Akira, Karl,

I've tested the first patch now. Indeed, the balanced braces are a problem
there, but considering your later messages, I assume that that is solved
now. I might be able to test that later. (Thanks Karl :) )

When correcting for the braces in this setting, I could only find one
potential problem: the header special writes a
%%BeginProcSet
...
%%EndProcSet

This now ends up in the middle of the code, namely in between (pre and
header) and (header and post). ghostscript probably ignores this as it works
in gsview (windows), but I'm not sure whether it will work with any other
software. Maybe you could find a way to get these DSC comments around the
entire piece of code? That requires some deeper digging in dvips, I'm aware
of that, but I hope you will be able to have a look at it.

I've put a test.tex, test.ps and a test_new.ps here so you can have a look
at the basic method and what dvips now produces. In test_new, the only thing
added is the missing code due to the balanced braces problem in the first
patch.

Thanks for now, best,
-Hendri.
