[tex-k] dvitype usage typo

Hi,

Trivial point.  The '-help' display for dvitype says output-level can
vary from 0 to 4:

  -output-level=NUMBER   verbosity level, from 0 to 4; default 4

but the value 0 isn't allowed:

  d:\temp>dvitype -output-level=0 master >m
  Value for --output-level must be >= 1 and <= 4.

I'm using:

  DVItype (Web2c 7.3) 3.6
  kpathsea version 3.3

on Win2000.
