[pstricks] pst-solides3d and external files (colours)

Hello.

The pst-solides3d package has the ability to write/read data to/from external files as explained in the package’s documentation, chapter 5 (page 53).

Unfortunately, I’m not able to include the face colours. Faces always appear white.

Even an example in the documentation fails to include colours.
At section "7.4.3 Improving the speed of readout", there is an example “Obtained the curve directly” which generates a very colourful picture, i.e, the twisted cylinder has a miriad of colours.
However, after saving it to “horoptere” and loading it, as explained in the same example, the loaded figure has all faces (its colours) as depicted in page 79. The colours of the twisted cylinder "disappeared"?

So, why the colours at file horoptere-couleurs.dat were not used? Or how to include such colours?

Not sure if attachments works, but example_a.pdf is the twisted cylinder (generated using the provided code) and example_b.pdf is the same cylinder loaded with "\psSolid[object=datfile,filename=horoptere]".

Thanks,
Leonardo
