Dear Herbert, It now works as expected. Just a small drawback: you have also change \filename, ... into \IIIDfilemane, ... but this information is also used in pst-3Dplot.sty to display name, version, date, ... in the logfile and with the \listfiles command ==> now displayed version, ... are false.
