These changes are *not* included in the patch above. @Ross: Sorry for dissecting the main program again. I know there are other ways around the problem, but this would mean either overwriting sub translate in .latex2html-init or supplying two different versions of the \author command in the LaTeX file, which is both not the way I think this should be handled. For info: I use Win2k with GS 7.04, gnuwin32 netpbm 9.25, MiKTeX 2.1, and could not yet figure out where the problem with 1.68 is, verbosity 4 gave no helpful output on this. 1.67 runs without problems. 1.68 says: *** processing 5 images *** Generating postscript images using dvips ...
