The Bursary Fund provides assistance for members of the TeX community who would, for financial reasons, otherwise be unable to attend a TUG Conference.
TUG provides only administrative support for the bursary; the Bursary Committee operates independently. Bursary applicants need not be members of TUG, and the TUG board is not given any special knowledge of bursary applicants.
The bursary for 2015 is complete. For planning purposes, the 2016 bursary deadline will be Apr 8th 2016.
Applications for financial assistance with the costs of attending the TUG 2016 Meeting should be sent by electronic mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 8, 2015.
To submit an application, please carefully read the bursary application page and provide the information requested.
Please consider making a donation to the TUG Bursary Fund. 100% of donations to the bursary fund are used for the bursary's stated purpose. Any surplus remaining after disbursements have been made will be carried over for use in the following year.
