Re: fake small caps for times with TeXnANSIEncoding encoding?

    Is there a convention in Berry naming to prevent confusion between
    faked `narrow', faked `oblique', and faked `smallcaps' with the real
    thing?  Do they have different Berry names? 

Not right now, because I figured if you had the real thing, why would
you bother with the faked one?

We could assign `2' to mean `faked', although that still won't be able
to represent a faked-oblique/true-smallcaps font, but at least it would
work for anything that was all-faked.
