Nodes

When using nodes together with overlays, use always the star version, e.g. \onlySlide*{1}{...}.

prosper

With some versions of prosper there is a problem with the color or pstcoll package. First you shouldn't use pstcol.sty, because it is an obsolete package, load pstricks.sty instead. It does all the following modification to the color handling.

If you cannot use the new pstricks.sty, insert into the color.cfg file, which is often saved in
voss@maria:~> kpsewhich color.cfg
/opt/texlive/texmf/tex/latex/texlive/color.cfg
or for MiKTeX
...\texmf\tex\latex\00miktex
the following lines:
%% workaround for a strange bug in color.sty / seminar / prosper
\def\color@gray#1#2{%
  \c@lor@arg{#2}%
  \edef#1{gray #2}%
  }
If no such file exists, create it.

If you still have problems then use the old version 1.1 prosper11.cls, which should work well.

With the new pstricks.sty package (get it from CTAN) there should be no problem.

beamer

Using the documentclass beamer.cls seems to be the best way to get a nice presentation with any possible PSTricks. For an example go here.
