--------ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:

1) WAS THE LOCATION FOR THE CONFERENCE INTERESTING?

Yes, very -- I thought it was a great location.

2) WERE THE TOPICS COVERED OF INTEREST TO YOU?

Yes.

3) LIST THE TALKS/SUBJECTS THAT WERE THE MOST VALUABLE TO YOU.

Well, the BibTeX-related talks were the most valuable to me.

4) LIST THE TALKS/SUBJECTS THAT WERE THE LEAST VALUABLE TO YOU.

The Mac talks were the least valuable, because I don't have a Mac,
although I actually found them interesting.

--------INTERNET CONNECTIONS

I wasn't planning on using any internet connection while in Hawaii,
so questions 5 and 6 aren't really relevant to me

5) WERE YOU SATISFIED WITH THE INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDED?

6) WAS IT HELPFUL TO HAVE THE iBOOKS AVAILABLE AT THE WORKSHOPS
        AND FOR EMAIL ACCESS?

--------ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION:

7) DID YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH HOTEL ACCOMMODATION?

None.

8) WERE HOTEL CHARGES AS YOU EXPECTED?

Yes (although I find it a bit cheesy when hotels charge for local
calls and for1-800 calls).

9) DID YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH TRANSPORTATION?

None.

--------HOW COULD CONFERENCES BE BETTER ORGANIZED:

10) COMMENTS?

The only real comment I have is that it would have been nice to know
well in advance -- before I bought plane tickets -- that the banquet
would be the last night of the conference (several previous TeX
conferences I've been to ended around noon-ish of the last day, so
when I bought plane tickets I was guessing that the same thing would
happen this year).
