I'd like to see more real-world experience talks in the program, from people who use TeX and LaTeX on a day-to-day basis (as opposed to those who develop leading-edge macros, fonts, etc for TeX and LaTeX). One way to do this would be to have parallel sessions for part of each day, with a Developer track and a User track.
