We have arranged for private bus transportation to and from the hotels and the conference center, Clayton Hall.
Each morning, Monday through Thursday, there will be two pick-ups in front of the T.G.I.Friday's restaurant at the Embassy Suites (across the street from the Sleep Inn). The first pick-up will be at 8:15am and the second at 8:45am, so you can sleep an extra half hour and still get a ride to the conference center.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons, the bus will pick you up at 5:00pm in front of Clayton Hall to return to the hotels.
On Wednesday afternoon, the bus will pick you up at 4:00pm in front of Clayton Hall to return to the hotels. A second bus will pick you up at 4:45pm in front of the T.G.I.Friday's restaurant, and take you to the Arsenal in Old Newcastle where the banquet will be held. The bus will return to the Arsenal at 9:00pm to take you back to the hotels.
