[Xy-pic] Xy-pic inline

Dear Alex,

Way back in 2001 you proposed a better alignment of in-line Xy-pic 
formulae in TUG.  We are now preparing a new release, and wonder whether 
you would be interested in helping fixing this long stading issue?  We 
have the full Xy-pic source code on SourceForge[1], so it should be easier 
to discuss specifics now...I am especially curious how we can configure 
which font dimension parameters to use the one for the right size?
