[Xy-pic] New LaTeX package: xypdf

Dear David,

Let me add my voice to Ross' praise: we have so needed a proper PDF 
backend for Xy-pic - many thank you!

Your work also inspired me to do what I should have done long ago: My full 
original source for Xy-pic is now available - with full revision history - 
on SourceForge, specifically xy-pic.sf.net.

What would be great if we could somehow make it the default for Xy-pic to 
use your new PDF driver when possible: let us discuss this - and indeed 
such a change would warrant a 3.8 release which is overdue, anyway, since 
there have been other patches and experimental extensions to Xy-pic as 
well.
