[XeTeX] [tex-live] xdvipdfmx.con is missing from PSTricks

I did some (re)search on my disk. In my XeTeX sources I found a  
version of pstricks.con which has

	\input xetex-pstricks.con

instead of

	\input xdvipdfmx.con

and its size is 5547 bytes instead of 8610 bytes. It's missing  
documentation added at the end.
