[XeTeX] Caption in Memoir class and Hebrew (Polyglossia)

This was a bug in bidi that was reported as "Memoir's \legend and arabxetex"
and I suggested a solution at
http://tug.org/pipermail/xetex/2010-January/015707.html

I have attached the new memoir-bidi.def, please replace it with the old one
and the issue should go away.
