[Tugindia] How to create Subchapters

Dear Dr Holla

Thanks for your quick response.

But the subchapter is not under chapter like section. The chapters are like
this

Chapter 1
Chapter 2a
chapter 2b
Chapter 3a
Chapter 3b
Chapter 4

The code given by me is acting differently in two models.
