[Tugindia] Printing rupee symbol in Latex installed in Ubuntu

dvips is unable to do it. But you may try dvipdfmx and get pdf file
directly from dvi file. It works for me.

Log: for dvipdfmx

Command Line:   dvipdfmx.exe "doi.dvi"
Startup Folder: F:\Latex workshop\framed\test\only-test

doi.dvi -> doi.pdf
[1]
2619 bytes written

---
for dvips

Command Line:   dvips.exe "doi.dvi"
Startup Folder: F:\Latex workshop\framed\test\only-test
