I have not heard of any font, mathematical or otherwise, called PI, but look at this:

YandY is thoroughly outdated and will not work with recent TeXLive packages; I would discard it.  If you like YandY very much and can afford to, you can try its successor PC TeX (http://www.pctex.com) products instead.

There has been some discussion on the XeTeX mailing list (http://tug.org/mailman/listinfo/xetex) very recently about changing math fonts (look for threads dealing with STIX and XITS fonts).
