[Tugindia] LaTeX demos

Dear Sir:
I would like to learn Latex to created by thesis. But currently, I have only a windows based machine. Will you please help me with information on having a Latex on Windows. Also, a good documentation that will take me step by step into the wold of latex, without assuming any basis.
