Dear

The following is a modification of tutorial.sty

Try it. Insert it in the preamble of your document and compile. You can make changes as per your taste :

\makeatletter
\def\@makechapterhead#1{%
  \vspace*{20\p@}%50\p@
  {\parindent \z@ \centering \normalfont
    \ifnum \c at secnumdepth >\m at ne
         {\color{red}\Huge\@chapapp\space \thechapter}\\[-6pt]
         \rule{1.5cm}{1pt}
        \par\nobreak
        \vskip 1\p@
    \fi
    \interlinepenalty\@M
    \rmfamily \LARGE\scshape\lowercase{\color{red}#1}\par\nobreak
    \vskip 15\p@%35\p@
  }}
\makeatother

to get an idea...
