I guess, 'enumitem' package available at CTAN can help you very much
in solving your above problem. It has facilities to customize
everything in a list environment, for instance, see

  \begin{itemize}[label=\textbullet,leftmargin=2pc, labelsep=*]

If you don't mind, I have the following suggestions for you:

1. The list guidelines say that top posting is discouraged in this
list. As an educated person it will be nicer if you follow the list
guidelines.

2. Again, try to write standard English with proper punctuation,
capitalization, etc. and try to avoid trash like 'u' for 'you' since
you are writing to communicate with other people. Please remember,
effective communication is the objective and not filling up with
trash.

3. Internet etiquettes demand that the signature should not exceed
four lines. In a mailing list, people are least concerned about what
you are, but they respect what you say. As such, it will be so kind
of you if you can avoid your bio-data disguised as signature. It is
boring see a huge chunk of useless text with every mail you happen to
post to the list.

Happy TeXing and with best regards
