I am very thankful to all of your replies. In one of the suggestions it has 
been told to use the track change package available at 
http://trackchanges.sourceforge.net/ .Since being a very beginning user of 
latex I actually don't know how to include this package and use it in 
efficient manner. I need some suggestions regarding this manner.
