Like draw the diagram in Dia and import it in TeX?

You can export the file from Dia as encapsulated postscript (.eps),
say file.eps, and import it in tex. For example:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\begin{document}
\includegraphics{file}
\end{document}
