[Tugindia] Floats in the margin

Dear All,

I am typesetting a book in which there is a margin
(gutter) of 8pica outside the text area. I need to
place some floats (tables or figures including
caption) in that area. 

e.g.

Margin             Text area
---------------- ----------------------------

Figure here      regular text here


Please some one help me how to place the figures in
the margin.
