[Tugindia] Difference between LaTeX and PDFLaTeX

As such there is no document explaining the differences between LaTeX (DVI output) and pdfLaTeX (pdf output). My experience is if you use LaTeX or pdfLaTeX the out put will be the same. There will not be any changes.
