If you are using MikTex in windows, check out the MikTeX package manager - i have
found this to be invaluable when looking for useful packages. Once a package of
interest has been found, look under /texmf/doc/latex/<package of interest>. You are
bound to find a manual or some examples on how to use the packages in either dvi or
pdf format. May the developers of tex, latex, and miktex specifically be blessed,
for developing such a useful system!!!
