[Tugindia] Block Diagrams, How to draw them ??

Could anyone pls tell me how u would go about drawing
block diagrams using TeX ? I've heard of a tool called
DiaGraph, which I guess will generate the required TeX
source code for a block diagram.
Is there a package in TeX that supports this feature?
It would have been a lot more easier that way !!
