[Tugindia] Mini TOC and main TOC

Hello Everybody,
I have one doubt about minitoc and main toc which i am mentioning bellow.

1)Main toc should generate for full book in the prelims part.
2) Every chapter opening page should contain mini toc (only A-headings).

So, for mini toc I am doing like bellow:

\usepackage{minitoc}

\chapter{This is dummy chapter}

\dominitoc
\tableofcontents

Now it is creating nicely minitoc, but how to generate main toc for full book at prelims part.
If anybody has any idea plz help me.
