1. enter commas at the name part which you want to be considered as the 
main name, which will used for deciding the order of entry in bibliography 
2. include and  between the names

eg:

Researcher, Great and Student, Greater and Moron, Worst 

bib tex will here keep the author order same as entered and  arrange as 
per researcher entry
