[Tugindia] changing subsubsection fontsize

how can i change the \tiny format for subsubsections to the \normal type in 
book-class.

Also how can i make subsubsections to be included in the table of contents 
in book class documents......

one more.................i need to increase the font size in table 
environment.......how can i do it??
