Apart from pst-3d take a look at:

Metapost macros:
http://www-math.univ-poitiers.fr/~phan/m3Dplain.html
http://www.gnu.org/software/3dldf/LDF.html
http://www.tug.org/TUGboat/Articles/tb18-4/tb57roeg.pdf
http://www.tug.org/TUGboat/Articles/tb22-4/tb72roeg.pdf

Pure PostScript:
http://www.math.ubc.ca/people/faculty/cass/graphics/text/www/

POV-ray:
http://www.tug.org/tug2003/abstracts/final/Bazargan/bazargan-abstract/

... and many others.

Anywaw: it is possible to make a graphics in almost any program and
import it to a TeX document if the drawings don't have to include
mathematical expressions, don't need to do comlicated calculations
before drawing and have to be "realistic" for example.
