[Tugindia] different height and width for title page

 I do it by defining textheight and textwidth in preamble ( before 
\begin{document} ) The commands are
\textheight nncm
\textwidth mmcm

where nn and mm are lengths you want. You can give those in cm in ( inches 
), mm or pt.
