[Tugindia] Rotations in pdfDraft copy

Dear All

I am windows latex user trying to prepare a document,
backround with "DRAFT", it is coming properly with the
backround of "DRAFT" but rotation is not working. Is
it OS problem or I have to use any special rotation
package.
