[Tugindia] Extended natbib functions

Hello all,

Thank-you to K.S. Mithran for the assistance.  It turns out that there was
an old natbib.sty file that somehow ended up in the same directory as the
.tex file I was working on.  When I would try and compile using the extended
natbib functions \defcitealias and \citetext, LaTeX would default to the old
natbib.sty file, rather than the updated one in the root texmf directory.
