[Tugindia] 14pt fonts ?

[Bhaskaracharya Pratishthana]

For spacing one can use comand
 \renewcommand{\baselinestretch}{1.5} in preamble which makes whole 
document with one+half spacing.
Many times for thesis submission students needs double spacing which 
also done with same command.
