As per your instructions, I unzipped the "pdfscreen.zip" file (downloaded
from CTAN) in /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/ and ran "texhash". Read the
"manual-screen.pdf" file in the pdfscreen directory. Then tried to compile
a test.tex file. But this time, it said "truncate.sty" not found. Again
downloaded "truncate.sty" file from CTAN and copied in
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc and ran "texhash".

This time it compiled and created the test.pdf successfully. Wonderful
output. Thanks a lot. My colleagues in the office are very much impressed
by the quality of the output.
