[Tugindia] Width of Caption

Dear sir,

We can do this by redefine the tabular environment.
set the tabular environment into a box and save the value
of width of the box into a global dimen variable 
and call the values in the definition of caption

Is there  any way  to fix width  of caption equal  to width  of table?
Sometimes,  it happen  that for  less  wide table  with long  caption,
caption is  covering whole  text-width while  table covering  only one
third of that.

I found that desired thing happening by default in case of longtable.
