If you want people to help you analyze your problem, it would be
beneficial if you posted a complete minimal example document showing
the problem.  It does not make sense for everybody else to invest
guesswork and manual effort in making a complete example that might
or might not show the problem you are experiencing.  If all the
people on this list need to do is cut and paste to experiment with
your problem, you are more likely to get answers.
